SETTING UP THE 2005 CHRISTMAS LAYOUT
November 11-13, 2005
GROUP EFFORT - When I arrived Sunday afternoon, these guys were already hard at work.  Many club members had pitched in during  the previous two days, and the basic layout was already assembled.  These guys are working on the yard trackage..
HAVING A BLAST - I'm not sure what Jeff was laughing at, but I guess I said something funny!  Joe, Jeff, and Bill are working on the yard; the girder bridge in the front was built by Jeff the year before.  I don't know what shade of red that wall is, but it sure doesn't look much like a sky!
UNDERCOVER WORK - Sometimes you just have to sit down on the job!  The pair on the right are installing a plexiglass sheet which will keep wandering hands off the layout and derailing trains off the floor.
HOW MANY G SCALERS DOES IT TAKE TO INSTALL A GARAGE - Apparently three!  Joe and Walt place the building while Rick supervises.  This was Rick's third day in a row!
CLOSE CLEARANCE - the tunnel under Wolverton Mountain looks a little too narrow for Pete's Budd Car.  All it took to fix it was to move  the mountain a little!
