2007 LAYOUT AT B&O MUSEUM
FIRST DAY OF SETUP - NOV. 17
[home]
STARTING OUT - By 9 AM the modules have arrived and several have legs at-tached already.  Our space this year is the back of two bays in the south part of the Roundhouse.  The layout is slightly larger than last year, with a yard in the center.  Manny and Joe C have built new modules for this year and the carnival is larger.
A GOOD IDEA - the modules are placed on sawhorses instead of the floor while installing the legs, a great relief to the folks doing the work.
Lee, Manny, Joe, and Art discuss the placement of modules.
Legs being attached on the new yard modules by Don, Lee, Rick, and Tom.
Joe, Tom, and Bob have been working on the bridge.
Rick, Lee, Tom, Joe C., Don, and Joe S. are fitting the yard modules.
Manny, Dick, and Chris enjoying the first train run this year, a Ladybug Eggliner.
Bob and Don are working on the illuminated the Mason Dixon club sign.
A young train enthusiast enjoys our work in progress.  There weren't many visitors today but there will be big crowds only 6 days from now.
Joe is workng with trackage around the enginehouse with Lee and Bob in the back.
