| Sunday morning the Museum opened at 10 instead of 11, and it was very quiet for the first half hour. For a change, I ran the trains without the carnival turned on. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Tom and Cathy climb aboard the Museum's No.1200, a good running SW7. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Chris, the SW7's engineer, chats with his crew while running his Maine Central F3. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| The MEC engine meets Pete's SD-45 in a patch of bright sunshine. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| They meet again in the shade at the back of the layout. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| She speeds across the trestle past Pete's coal train. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| The Pine Tree logo on the nose makes this an appropriate engine for Christmas. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| POSED TRAIN WRECK - Thomas had a minor derailment but just for fun we posed it for the Museum's official photographer. (Disclaimer: no trains were hurt in the production of this photograph.) | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Cathy and Angel enjoy what appears to be a quiet spot. In reality, the Carnival rides were all turned on, sound systems included. It was anything BUT quiet! | |||||||||||||||||||||||
