2008 LAYOUT AT B&O MUSEUM
NOVEMBER 30, 2008

ALL QUIET ON THE WESTERN FRONT - I got here about 10 minutes before the Museum opened.  No people, no trains, everything quiet. VIEW FROM OUR LAYOUT - On the next track is the Tom Thumb, then a bobber caboose that is used for kids to visit with Santa.
ONTO THE MAIN - The hopper train snakes out of the yard onto the main line. WHAT DOES SANTA WANT FOR CHRISTMAS - A train of course!
HAPPY CREW - Joe, Angel, and Bob pose for the camera, all smiles. JOE'S TRAIN ON JOE'S MODULE - The construction scene is nicely animated.
MARYLAND MY MARYLAND - This car shows the Crosslands and Calvert design of the Maryland State Flag.
CANTON RAILROAD SWITCHER - Joe has painted this switcher in this unique paint scheme.  The real Canton RR is only a few miles away.
SUBSTITUTE - Thomas broke down so an Eggliner is taking its place. We had to hide Thomas so the kids wouln't be upset. ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS - is a nice big engine like this one at Chesapeake Harley Davidson up near the Conowingo Dam.
