THE DONAHOE GARDEN RAILROAD
The front yard of Ken and Liz Donahoe's home is filled with all sorts of railroadiana - crossing     gates, signals, signs, horns, and switch mechanisms.  And there is a large and well landscaped     garden railroad as well.  It is built to last - the roadbed is solid concrete! Ken and Liz have           hosted railroad open houses since 1971, and plan to host many more.  Here is the 2006 schedule:
May 17  6-8 PM
June 3  1-4 PM
July 19  6-8 PM
August 16  6-8 PM
September 20  6-8 PM
November 4  1-4 PM
In this photo, their son Larry (right) chats with Ken Dilks at the newest section of rail-road, which is in Larry's adjoining yard  Behind the photographer is the new garden pond.
Pete's RDC enters the tunnel located near the Donahoes' front door.
This is Tyler Junction, named after Larry's son.  Yes, the full size switch mechanism actually works the G Scale turnout just behind the Budd Car.
