Here are some of the models entered in the Model Contest this year.  I'm sure that there is a more complete set of photos available on one of the Forums, but this will give you a taste of what was there.

The Berkshire Ice Company is HUGE, maybe 9 or 10 feet long.  At first glance it looks like a train storage shed.

This was before my time (ha!), but they say there was a TV show called "Petticoat Junction" where the hillbillies bathed in the railroad's water tower.

This beautiful lumber mill was made by Richard, one of our club members.  It was still getting finished up this week...fresh from the lumber mill!

In the "Waiting for the Ambulance" diorama, this poor lumberjack just got his foot cut off.  I hope they gave him some whiskey for the pain!

Another scene from the same diorama.  I'm not sure but I think this is the Blacksmith Car.  Looks like he's fixing a motorcycle.
